How to keep hair silky and straight?

how do you keep your hair so silky strait and non poofy mine is always poofy frizzy and I used a lot of stuff trying to get it like that and I don’t know what to do about it

You can get different kinds of shampoos and conditioners for poofy/frizzy hair. If you want your hair to feel silky, be sure to shampoo and conditioner regularly, and when you condition it, leave it in for a good 5-10 minutes. Leaving the conditioner in for that long allows your hair to soak up the nutrients. Also, when you put your shirt on, put your hair in a ponytail before putting it over your head. I learned that if your hair isn’t tied down when putting your shirt on, it makes your hair all frizzy.

well I use ganier frutis and that works, the sleek and straight kind. I also wet my hair and blow dry it on a low speed or let it air dry in the car-heater

Answer #3

thanks thats good advice but like how do you dry it also

Answer #4

go buy something called Biosilk Thereapy. It’s amazing for your hair, it keeps it REALLY soft and keeps frizz undercontrol while keeping your hair shiny. it’s amazing.

I have the same problem every day!! and I discovered that if you dont straighten it for a bit then this improves how straight it is after the next wash. so…

when you wash your hair use a good quality shampoo and conditioner that is suitable for your hair scenario. and remember.. shampoo is to get rid of grease ((cleanse close to roots) and conditioner is to improve moisture and shine. and seeing as your roots produce that.. they dont need it so use conditioner on middle and ends!! after wrap your hair in a towel and leave the towel to help your absorb the moisture, reducing split ends (split ends = annoying flicks)then blow dry with medium heat until 60% dry then reduce heat completely and dry tiill the ennd… then check to see if your hair is warm.. if it is.. its not dry..

so.. when it is completely dry. tie the top half of your hair up. so yuur left with the bottom, then halve that tying up the laft and leaving the right. then take about 3 cm of hair and straighten it slowly but not letting your straighteners stop at any point…

Note: if a bit of yuur hair wont straighten. let it cool down, then repeat the process…

Hopee this helps.. it works for mee!! :) x
