How do I control myself from calling my ex?

Hey, this is my greatest problem. I had a relationship wit a guy for 2 years then we broke up nearing a yr passed. Now I am engaged wit some 1 else. But I am not able to forget my ex, I wasn’t in contact wit him at all but all of a sudden I again started callin him and now I’m in contact wit him. I don’t love my ex at all. But I just care for him a lot and worried abt him. My spouce doesn’t know that I’m in contact wit my ex, I know what I’m doing wrong, and must cut my contact wit my ex, but it is difficult. What shld I do. How do I control my slf from callin ex?

if your still thinking about your ex, I dont think you should be getting married because if you get married thinking about your ex it could destroy your marrage because there would technically be 3 people in the marrage because you will be thinking about your ex

if your hearts not in getting married, then you shouldnt its not fair on your fioncee

Hey.. I know how you feel I’ve been with my boyfriend for nrly 2 years now and weve just had a little girl.. but every time I see people that I used to go out with I get butterflys in my tummy and wish I was still with them and not tied down with a little girl and a boyfriend that works constantly so it make me feel like im an only pairent .. but you shuld always be happy for what you have and not what you want.. im shure you could still be friend with your ex but just dont hide it from your boyfriend because you will end up losing both of them because you kept it a secret.. good luck x :)
