read this, it is very helpful:

I had a rabbit like that, what to do is get someone to hold him so you can see his belly and bum, get some warm water, a comb, and a towel, and scissors. if the poo is stuck near his bum you will need to cut it off, be careful though, he will be frightend but it will work (do mind his privites), if the poo is no stuck that much you can bath him and comb the poo off or still cut it, be careful that you don’t catch his privites though. make sure you do this inside when cold because you don’t want him to get unwell, before you put him back in his hutch make sure he is fully try and warm, if you find this hard get a vet to do it. and by the way, normally rabbits can clean this theirself but if your rabbit is fat ( like mine was ) he wll not be able to clean it, and make sure you never leave it on his bum mostly the summer because flies will be acttracted to it and lay their eggs on there poo on their bum and make them very unwell and probably even death, but if you clean there hutch out once a week and check his bum he will be fine. I hope this has helped

When our puppy poos herself, we just give her a little half-bath. Since you just have a wee rabbit, I suggest filling a bowl up with warm water, holding him in the air (get somebody else to hold him) sort of like, under his armpits so he is long and vertical, and just get a little cloth and wipe his bum with the water until it comes off. You may need soap too, but get a really gentle soap. Animal soap if you can. He will probably squirm so just keep reassuring him and give him some kind of little treat afterwards.
