she cant take it away.by law since the baby is yours she cant take it away.and you cud get emancipated at 14 but since you are pregnant you cannot get emancipated.she cant make you get an abortion either.if she tries to hurt you that wud be considered child abuse and she cud go to jail..if the father is over 16 dont tell the doctors who the father is because he cud go to jail.im only 13 and I was in your situation and my babydaddy almost went to jail because hes 14
