How can I stop obsessing about being pregnant.?

I had sex for the first time and im 13 but my boyfriend said he lost the condom after about 10 min into it and he ended up just rubbing my vag/clit with his penis, he said it didnt go into me .. but im still over ubsessing that I might become pregnant. what should I do? please help.

yes, you could be pregnant even if he didnt ejaculate, there can be sperm in pre-cum (released every now and then before ejaculation, neither him nor you will notice it) if sperm/pre-cum goes in or on your vagina (it can swim into it) you could be pregnant you can also get pregnant at any time of the month at any time you have sex

to find out if your pregnant take a pregnancy test 2-3 weeks after you had sex (any sooner and the results won’t be accurate) in the morning with your first pee is the best time and take it when your period is due alternatively, see a doctor for a blood test this will both let you find out quicker and give you more accurate results

and remember to LEARN about sex before you go off having it learn about as well as a male and female reproductive system birth control, contraception, pregnancy and sti/stds don’t have sex until you know the consequences involved with it because the main reason why kids and teens get pregnant and get stds is because of a lack of sex education

your having sex at 13…whoa!!! and where did he lose the freakin condom at…inside of u? did he think to get it out of you since he lost it in u? When I have kids I am keeping them under lock and key!!!
