hey, well you should know, that it really will all be okay.

I know that some people think that proffessional help solves everything, and sure, sometimes it can save your life, but it really depends on your case.

chances are that your extreme emotions have nothing to do with medical issues. you may just need to not over think things.

for a little while last year, I had a really similar case. I would be so extremely sad, that I wouldnt want to move, talk or do anything. I just sat in my bed crying, sometimes for no apparent reason.

then I would get around certain people, and not be able to contain my excitement.

and trust me on this one, I understand how scary it can be. I felt like I had no control over my emotions.

but in the end, I tried to talk to a few friends, not a TON, just a few that I truly trust. and I tried to keep my mind on other things like school, guys, and stuff like that. try to have fun, without going to out of control. and when your at home, and you want to start crying. do something that you love. watch a movie, go for a walk, call your friend, go out for lunch, DO SOMETHING.

because trust me, being paralyzed by your emotions eventually can lead to much worse things.

try helpinng YOURSELF before you look to professionals. if this doenst work, then you may want to look into getting help.

just remember to relax, have fun, and know that eventually it will all be okay.

I hope your okay! if you ever need help, just ask<3

You need to see a professional, who will be able to help you understand what is happening and who can give you help in controlling those feelings. Your family doctor is a good place to start. If you don’t have one, then a school counselor will be able to help. There is plenty of help for you.

Good Luck !!

Honestly, you sound like a normal teenage girl to me. If these fits are affecting your life, I’d try a psychologist.
