How can I stop crying over things so easily?

Im not sure if im depressed? Help? I think its abouy my future, like nothing is going to work out for me, because I want to be famous. and I keep crying over nothing and cant see anything good in my life when actually, I have an ok life. can you pleasee help? thanks.

this happens to me a lot too, when I get stressed out I just think about everything thats goind “bad” in my life when its actually not. when your upset about something minor you tend to think through things too much and it makes it worse. if you really try to get help with becoming famous and putting yourself out there then you can probably get your foot in the door somehow, and if you dont its okay at least you know you tried and you can maybe find something else you like! surround yourself with your bestfriends and family and you’ll be okay…dont stress too much! I doubt your really depressed

you seem to worry way to much for no reason . no one knows what the future holds’ so just try and take each day as it comes .

I’d guess it’s hormonal. When you start crying over really small things, thats usually when your hormones are topsy-turvy. Keep track of the dates and see if it ties into your premenstrual week. Or if you’ve just started, it could be a lot more frequent than once a week. Have a chat with your family doctor - it can’t hurt.

And try to figure out why fame might be so important to you.
