How can I sleep?

At night I cant get to sleep and it gets right on my nerves and I need serious help because I can never get to sleep until bout half past 3 in the morning!

Dont drink pop before you go to bed!

It’s terrible for you. It has caffeine that keeps you up and it makes you fat because all of the sugar just sits in your body and doesn’t get burned off.

im not stressed my bed isnt uncomfy my room isnt too hot or cold but I do sometimes drink pop before I go to bed but not all the time. but thanks maddie

are you stressed out? is your bed uncomfy? do you drink pop/coffee before bed? is your house to hot or cold? try to focus on what’s bugging you at night and try to change it.

start making a routine. like showering every night right before you go to bed. then after you shower GO TO BED. and after a while whenever you take a shower your body will be like “Oh, it’s time for me to sleep now.” haha. it doesn’t have to be a shower either. it could be like eating a poptart. ya know, whatever works.

try doing yoga. I bet theres all sorts of crap on youtube to teach you how. I also listen to instrumental music (no lyrics) and just close my eyes and take breaths. if you fake like you are asleep it usually works. for me anyway.

good luck. it sucks to be up that late. I use to be like that.

Try to get up super super early then you’ll be tired enough to go to sleep Or you could take sleeping pills
