How can I make my hair grow, and loose weight in a month?

ok well for starters to loose weight eat right and excercise and to grow your hair you can get extensions or try when you shampoo and condition your hair pull a bit not to hard just softly o the folicules grow a tad bit

don’t work out just so hard so suddenly because you’ll get tired quickly and probably stop.
