How can I let out my anger time to time without getting in trouble?

Ugh, okay well my parents are really strict when it comes 2 my phone like they don’t like me on it at all. And apparently 2day I’m so tired because of school and sports and so my boyfriend wasn’t txtin me back and then I went 2 go take a nap and left my phone by the computer. later, I woke up and ran in here because I remembered that he probably txted me er called me back. My lil 8yr old sister said that while I was asleep someone called me, which was him of course but no1 would know that because he restricts hiz numba, and so she told my mom that someone just did, my mom took my phone and gave it 2 my dad- who really hates me on the phone at all! So I’m so mad, because I’m also horribly stressed, and I was looking fwd 2 talkin 2 him, how can I let out all my anger without parents totally killing me???

I just listen to music and sing along to it. I think a run might be good too. Hope I helped. :)

my mom does the same thing to me.

watt I do is I yell into a pillow and watch some tv.

I eventually totally forgett about thee fact that I was mad at all.

or like “soldierd” said beat up a teddy bear. =]

Take a walk punch a pillow go on blog.com and post a blog about your anger and let it all out

When I’m angry and need to blow off steam. I go for a run. After like 3hours of running I have no energy to be angry anymore haha. I used to throw stuffed animals at my wall while blasting music. xD

I know what is like to have a lot of stress on top of you. Mebay you can try going for a run, sitting in your room and just taking deep breaths and just thinking of possitive things of just knowing it’s all going to be ok.

Meaby write everything down.

And sometimes talk to your perents about how you are just feeling and how the strickness that they have is really affecting you.

I usually go for a longg run or just workout if its cold. I usually listen to music and sing to it too.
