How can I get even with someone who is always mean?

Revenge fantasies should remain just that – fantasies, especially in high school. It isn’t going to accomplish anything except steel their resolve to continue making fun of you, because then they can be assured that it’s getting to you. Be assured, however, that it’s probably not anything about you specifically that’s prompting it, your skin color, intelligence, what not. SOMEone is going to get picked on in high school, no matter what, because everyone who’s picking on you is feeling just as miserable and awkward as you are, and an easy way to feel better about yourself is to make someone else feel worse. Unfortunately, in your class, it turns out the someone is you, but if you had never existed, they’d be doing this to someone else.

Power through it. They’re just words, and only do damage if you let them. High school doesn’t last forever (thank God), and later on, you’ll be glad you chose to ignore all their bulls**t instead of trying to retaliate and earning fists instead of hateful epithets.
