How can a teen girl lose weight fast without dieting?

I’m 14, and most of the other girls in my grade are really skinny. Currently I weigh 132 and wear a size 7 jean, I’m in soccer but I still don’t lose weight. My parents buy junk food all the time-which isn’t making things easier. (I also don’t want them to know I want to lose weight) My goal is to at least get down to a size 3 or 5 in jeans. How can I do that?

Well you’re active so thats good. My advice is dont eat junk food, its bad for you. Also diet so dont eat after 7ish. You can also try to increase your metabolism. To do that you should eat small meals every few hours. So anywhere from 5 to 8 meals a day, but like I said they have to be small.

Just dont eat the junk food and stay active, you should get to a size 5 in a month or so.

watever you do dont diet it realy messes you up um I dont really know um dont eat any junk food just eat healthy foods and excercise every day
