Why have I been sedated?

my friend is in hospital we both have anorexia but I am now in hospital there worried that I am going to kill my self but im not! I no my friend an I both have ana but it really doesnt mean im going to do the same I love gracie but im not as bad as her I really dont want ti be in here this doctor said I were just copying gracie as were both in the same hospital how to make them stop saying stuff like tha because it making me want to carry on doing this ana isnt a thing I wanted it was a thing that hit me and I want it to go but when I tell my self I dont want it anymore I hate my self and I hear flash backs when that doctor said ya nt got anorexia stop trying to copy gracie your totally fine you an still walk and your weight is ok yeah ido see my self as fat but that doctor shouldnt have said my weight was fine anyways if it was that was why have I been sedated ? and put under the mental health act ven tho im not mental!please help me

Ask them why so they can professionally explain it to you - there could be different reasons. Maybe they think you need mentally evaluated. No matter the reason, they should be telling you these things, that’s very unprofessional if they aren’t explaining as they do things.
