Do you know how different you both will be in 5 years?. Dont put your life on hold, because your ex wants to have his fun with other girls. He wants you to be the first to have sex with, or commit to? Trust me, you wont be his first for either of the two! He wants to sow his oats before he settles down.

He can make all the promises in the world to you right now, but he isnt going to feel the same 5 years from now, and neither will you.

Depend on how you feel about the whole situation? What if you move on and have stronger feelings for someone else, but feel compelled by this ‘oath’? Or what if he does and everything falls to shyte?

Looks like he may want the best of both worlds. He wants the cake, the icing and the plate its on! You can’t do that to a person. If he really likes you he should commit now and not play you around. Unless of course you all happy with it.
