Is it healthy to feel like you can't eat?

Okay, so at lunch, I wasn’t really hungry and usually I’m starving (unless someone makes me really mad.) I didn’t ear anything but seven little bitty cookies and then a few hours later when I got home, I ate a pack of pop tarts and felt sick to my stomach. Finally, when it came time to eat dinner which did not involve anything sweet, I got a plate the size of a tiny frisbee and I couldn’t eat 1/4 of it without feeling nauseous. I then ate cake later for my birthday and I still feel a little sick. Is it normal to feel this way occasionally? I should add that earlier in the day, I felt very light-headed.

I think this diet is not good to your health, you need some healthy nutrients.

Okay. I need to adjust my diet. I also need to add that the bight before I ate normal food at normal amounts and the next day I wasn’t even hungry. I didn’t really want to eat the sweets but my mom thinks I’m becoming anorexic because I’m always getting annoyed with my jeans being too tight.
