I used to put lavender oil (neat) on my temples and massage it in. Then get a hot pack and put it onto the back of your neck and have a nap. I get migranes so it worked for me.

my head is just pounding right on the side of my head and I usually dont get them but this one really hurts.

Can you describe the type of headaches and how frequent? Sometimes a shoulder/neck massage can help in tension headaches.

Vitamin C can help. It doesnt work as fast,but a glass of orange juice when you have a headache can help a lot.

So I suffer from MIGRANES and meds stop working for me after some time. What I am about to say might sound like I am being an a**, but I’m being 100% serious. SEX…SEX…SEX…headache gone.
