so my doc gave me hand exercises cause i was complaining of th eon and off pain from my right shoulder. and i was reading the exercises he wants me to and it keeps saying "good hand" is that the right or the one without the pain?
Not enough info. It could mean your right hand, if you're right-handed, or it could mean your left hand because the pain is in your right shoulder. If you're not sure which, tell us the whole sentence (or paragraph) your doc's instructions say about which hand to use.
The one without pain is your good hand or in your case, the one you don't need to exercise as much.
