How do you greet a celebrity?

Scream they’re name from a distance, run up to them and hug them, taking in their smell and discreetly nicking a hair sample whist putting my knickers in their pocket then moving on to write my number on their arm in permanent marker….. 8-) I’m only human.

I’ve actually thought about this on the off chance that I ever do get to meet a celeb. I’m sure it would depend on who it was on how much I could control myself, but I like to think that the cooler and more nonchalant you are, the better of a reaction you would get out of them. If you’re jumping up and down screaming in their ear and knocking them over, they’re going to want to get the hell away from you as fast as possible, I mean who wouldn’t?! But, if you remain calm and shake their hand, smile, maybe a quick hug, and say you’re a hug fan and this is just so awesome, they’ll respond better and you may end up with a new super famous friend.

It’s a talent one has to perfect. :D

Exactly this. I’ve met some people that I guess would be celebrities to the highest extent I could consider them celebrities, and all we really did was have casual conversation. I don’t know what more one should do. I certainly don’t feel like treating someone who is no greater a human being than I as if they are.

Well I say this because I have been back stage with Gary Allen, and on Drowning Pools tour bus and they are normal people, with normal lives an interest.
