Good food bad food

I am 14 and 140 lbs and 5 8 I like my food and I do like sports I cant starve myself and I cant just excersize I would like to lose 10 -20 lbs for the end of the summer but still doing my favorite things what should I do??

I think your weight is good for you height.. if you still want to do somethin about it I would say just excersise and eat right. Its healthy to do it that way and the results make you feel good and look good.

your weight is good because I weigh 135 pounds and im 5’7 and a fit athlete..but its really hard to lose weight
