Does this mean I'm further along in my pregnancy?

Because she got a positive a week early, if the HP(?) level is strong enough it can be detected earlier. Her cycle allowed her to get a positive sooner than usual, could very well be from ovulating early. False positives are VERY rare.

She has 4 boys, I’m positive she knows her body enough to know this is real. :)

I’ve heard of people surprisingly getting results early when they weren’t expecting it, it could mean you ovulated early. But at the same time it may mean you’re further along than you think, as you mentioned.

You take pregnancy test from the first day of your period. It will maybe give a negative results if you take it before then.

take another one on the first day f your pregnany only then will you know wether you are pregnant or not

also another thing I noticed because I was keeping track for couple of months my cycle etc when I was ovulating & so on & I noticed that the month I concieved I didnt see any signs of ovulation???

so maybe I was pregnante & didnt know yet??

anyway I think an ultra sound in about a month will pick up exactly how far along I am!!
