How can I keep my cool?

I keep losing my patience to quick, I throw things, hit things, have a go at everyone… people call me stressy which makes me even more upset. My mood always changes all of a sudden from happy to hating everyone. I’ve tried counting to 10, stress balls, all that crap, no use. Listening to music normally works but my ipod has broke and my phone isn’t playing music anymore so cant do that. How can I keep my cool?

hmm well you could see a counselor( don’t get mad just a suggestion) also things that help me: 4,4,8 breathing, its where you take four seconds to breath in, then hold it for four more seconds, and then slowly exhale. It actually takes a lot of practice, but once you get used to it I will calm your whole body. just concentrate on the breathing. do this about ten times go to the library and search for an audio on self hypnosis, its a very calming experience, and will help you more over time, you can lower your blood pressure yourself in seconds, and make pain lighter. this really works for me, I rairly have any physical pain any more.

I know how you feel I’ve been trought the same stuff and sometimes I got trough it again, what I do is just take deep breaths, or write a letter to wo ever you are pissed at whit the biggest insults and then dont give it to them. Also you have to knoiw whay you are mad, there has to be a reason, then when you know you can always find a solution. Tr wrighting things down, try talking to somebody, there has to be onother ways so you can just let it all out in a safe way.
