i want to study electrical engineering in germany can u pls help me with detailed information of the university you think is best for engineering? And not too expensive.
Please contact the German Academic Exchange Service for details. I know that several (but not all) German universities do offer classes in English. Just e-mail the academic exchange service, tell them about your language skills and ask for what university they would recommend. They can also help you to get into an exchange program where they help you get a student visum. They also help you deal with infamous German bureaucracy and everyday things such as finding a room. Many German universities do not have dorms, and you neet to organize a place to stay for yourself. You will definitely need to know some German in order to get along in Germany. But if you find a university where they offern English classes you can start learning after you move to Germany.
For your info: Most German Universities are public. Some but not all federal states collect a per-semester charge for being in an university. In my federal state that is 500€ per year. In some German federal states, university is free.

University of applied Sciences in Aachen is famous. Aachen is a great place for studying, too. It's near the borders to Belgium and the Netherlands. http://funadvice.com/r/c6n92vbue Studying at the Aachen university is FREE! You only need to provide for your habitation. You may need to buy some books on your own cost.
Both sites (Exchange Service and Aachen University) are available in English.
