Why is it that even though i have friends and go out on a near weekly basis and what not,I still feel alone?

! I mean am i the only person to feel like this?! Its odd,because i have friends,a big family and talk to both everyday but still feel like i have no one to talk too. If im stuck in on a night though, and yet i find out that some of my mates are going out but i havent been told, i feel even worse…as if im being left out. Even though i know that i wouldnt have the money or not in the mood..still like to be asked. It weird to not be alone, but yet, still alone :S

Do you think you might be spreading yourself out a little too thin? You have a big family, and do you have a lot of friends? Do you feel really close and comfortable with them, or are they there so you have something to do and someone to talk to constantly? You could be feeling lonely because you don’t feel absolutely connected to enough people, or it could simply be that you need more then the average person to keep yourself satisfied. Either way, it’s fairly normal.

i used to feel the same way, it sounds like you are depresed, try to focus on yourself and all the good things in your life. try talking to your closest friends about the way you are feeling.

You made really feel empty inside That feeling doesn’t go away easily especially if you just went through something painful maybe you should get a hobby or something like that community service something that make you feel good
