What are good foods to eat in order to stay healthy and prevent acne?

Answer #1

Everything that isn’t factory made or at least doesn’t have a lot of processed junk. Or go vegan to avoid processed meat

Answer #2

In my 35 years of having man skin i have found that no matter what bad diet i eat all that matters is keeping your face clean in order to stop spots …but not just clean coz if you have dry skin and the soap is not moisturising stuff it can make it worse….also i have found if you can feel a real big bump spot coming up rub it with a bit of toilet paper and it can prevent it from coming at all…its like as if that square inch of skin is a bit greasy even after washing a few hours ago and the tissue rub once or twice takes away what ever stops it breathing in my book and it can go by itself….Spots to be are sick little bits of scummy stuff stuck under your skin and the better your skin can breath the less bulgeing and size redness ect there is and the scummy stuff can get out with out developing a …face t-pee to live in for a week or 2.

Answer #3

Releasing them from there “t-pee`s “ can be fun tho….if not ugly.

Answer #4

Drink tons of water, take vitamin e and zinc supplements, and avoid processed and fast foods by all means. I did those things and it helped me out a ton. Also daily exercise helps, showering twice a day and ya there ya go. And by tons of water I mean at least 3 liters a day. It seems like a lot now but once you get used to it, it really is the best thing to drink, along with milk. I’m drinking 5-6 liters on workout days

Answer #5

Answer #9

Eat a low fat, whole food, oil free, vegan diet

No meat, no dairy, no oil, no sugar, nothing artifical or man processed or made. Also stop putting toxins into your body. No drinking, smoking, etc. When your body is overloaded it pushes toxins out through your skin. Try to get a good nights sleep every night and drink lots of pure water during the day

With acne and a changing to a clean diet your skin will get worse before it gets better … It’s how the body heals
