i am right handed so i use my right arm for things like carrying things, using saws, pretty much everything, so my right arm is bigger than my left. how can i fix this? its getting frustrating
Apply more volume/tension on the weaker arm. My left arm is weaker so I usually do one-arm presses and use more reps or weight for that arm.
Go to a dollar store and get some 10 pound weights (: or, start to use both hands to carry things. One armed push-ups! (: Good luck!
