How can I find underprivileged kids from other countries?

I want to find a child from another country to kind of take care of. Like I want to help them by sending them things they can’t get on there own crayons, books, maybe some clothes, ect. I’m thinking kids from like orphanges, or in group homes. Does anyone know any sites or somthing I could use to find kids like these?

You are better off signing up as a member to charity organisations, like World Vision or Oxfam and many more. Sending things to individual child in poverty is not a good idea as you end up singling these kid/s out in their own community and also they have contact with you….My hubby to and I have joined Oxfam but we do not send individual gifts to one child but to the whole community. Every year, we select to buy a “pig” or a “goat” so the community can have the animal and this animal in turn will benefit the community as a whole. You pay AU$200 to Oxfam and tell them what you wish the community to have and they do the work for you. The community will not have your name and know where you live, but the community will know a member/s from the Oxfam charity had donated the animal to them… $200 a year is not much but it helps the community for a year and it money well spent.
