Does anyone know where to find the power sources/cubes in Aѕsaѕsin's Creed 3 as Desmond?

I’ve looked everywhere, I found a panel where Juno started talking, but that’s it, I can’t find those cubes anywhere. I have searched and searched and searched, all over the internet, literally NO SITES have any sort of guide to help find them, all there is are sites to help find the panel I mentioned. I even ran into a few spoilers on those guides (Thanks, IGN) that I am pretty upset about, but it also makes me worry that I will miss an important part if I do not find the power cube. Can anyone help me out?

Well I am screwing around hunting a lot and exploring so I am not super far in the story but have you gotten the power cube from that skyscraper yet?

No, do you have to find a way to get there, or do you get taken there at some point in the game?

Possible Spoilers Yes, throughout the game it takes you back to Desmond and you get the power cubes. And you plant them in the power cube panels.
