What do you feed a pet frog?

Sounds hard. lol

Kind of. You have to go to a pet store and they will sell you live crickets. They sometimes are a pain as you have to make sure they don’t get lose in your house. Also if you buy too many crickets you have to maintain the crickets and they kind of become another set of pets you have to take care off. You will have to buy cricket food and clean the place were you keep them as they will poop and it will stink. Then at night if you have too many crickets and your frog will not eat but one or two then they will start to chirp and get really loud. It is a bad idea to have a pet frog. We used to have one and it was hard to maintain with all the crickets nonsense.

Ugh smelly noisy crickets or mealworms. Live though.

I used to have frogs & geckos, they ate live baby crickets. Smelly noisy annoying little escape artists.

yea when i had a frog we lived near a pet store soo i only bought a couple crickets everytime so that i didnt have to take care of the crickets and when we fed my frog we had to feed it one cricket at a time so the crickets wouldnt get loose

It was a pain for Us. Those crickets can get expensive and our frog would only eat them if they were alive and jumping. So we had to make sure they didn’t die or it was wasted money. Then the trip to the pet store at least 3 times a week, unless you get like 30 crickets and cricket food then maybe you can go once every two weeks.

Lily, was that a frog that you buy at the store or one that you found? If it is one that you found wild you may need to make sure what kind of frog and they may not eat the same things as pet frogs from the Pet Store. She may die not being in her natural surroundings.
