exerising, eating very goood, but EXERISING is the MAIN KEY exerising makes your metabolism higher. also instead of eatting 3 big meals a day have like 8 small ones this this is good for people with a high or low metabolism because it regulates it to make it normal. green tea makes your metabolism higher like ALOT higher too. and spicy stuff tooo!!!get muscle it will burn the calories for you. and eat meat if you do cardio exerise for the muscles and it helps higher your metabolism aways. theres also pills you can take to make it higher. MEAT can acually be a reason for your low metabolism because your starving your body of the protein it needs so eat meat nuts pb ect. if you want more foods with protien or calories or anything like that just message me i know it alll lol anyways i hope this helps message me if you wantmore stuff too!:)
Start taking turmeric tea, its very helpful to boost your metabolism. And along with that try to build your core stamina through exercise, running, jumping on rebounder etc
diet and push yourself to exersise dayly
