Fast growing hairy legs

I can deal with it but I’m a bit curious, is it normal for girls to have really fast growing hair on their legs? I have to shave pretty much every day and my mum says that I should only need to once a week, but when I was on holiday last week, I didn’t take a razor and only shaved once at the start of the week. By the end of the holiday I was really hairy. Is there any way of keeping your legs hair-free for longer?

And also, after I’ve shaved, there are like dots all over my legs, does anyone know what they are and how to get rid of them? (theyre not ingrowing hairs) Thanks

I’m the exact same, it’s a pain I know. I should try waxing, it lasts a lot longer, it is painfull when you first start out, but its all worth it, hair removal cream is also an option. and for the dots, just mosturise after you’ve shaved.

Yes, people can last a week without shaving others are like u. Try waxing or hair removel cream! Them dots are normal too if you moisturise it should be ok. Hope I helped.

There are hair growth inhibitors that can help with the problem you have. One good product I have heard of is Ultra Hair Away from Wellness Partners.

Another thing I would recommend is to try to use wax or an epilator. This way your hair will be plucked out, not just cut off at the surface of the skin, so you will have your legs hair-free much longer. Shaving makes hair grow thicker, while plucking it out makes it thinner and thinner. One thing is that if you have been shaving and you have much hair, epilating can be painful, especially at the beginning, but I think it is worth, and you’ll find it easier and easier as time goes by. What I use in order to keep my legs hair-free is an epilator, and I only need to use it once every two weeks. And even when my hair grows it is very thin.
