There’s a lot of facts, so I’m just going to give you the link to the CDC’s file on obesity: http://funadvice.com/r/14qj5uo8ehv

One who is obese has an inner mental feeling of not being able to have anything. Also, the body has that same thought. So they have to hold onto everything they eat, can’t let it go. Today there is the added problem with too much processing and artificial substance in foods to preserve them that the body doesn’t know what to do with, so stores them in the fatty tissue of the body. Also, there are hormones that cause animals to grow fast and hold weight, this is passed onto the human and the same thing happens with them. Have ever wondered why little girls mature early? It’s the hormones in the meat.

To handle that one should eat only natural organic whole foods. Cook as little as possible, eat no sugars or sugar in food, artificial substance or hormones, and processed foods. Drink no sodas. Eat fruit between meals only, or nuts. Eat only when one is really hungry, not when they thinks they are, and drink water only when one is thirsty.

When the body thinks it can survive on less the body will maintain that new point of view and hold it. If the person can handle the body the body will adjust.
