I have an electric keyboard that I've owned since grade school. I wanted it in the store so my dad got it for me. I never learned how to play it. I also wanted a guitar, which he got me and I never learned to play that either, it just sits in my closet. I don't think my dad will buy me any more instruments, haha :)
It's quite an easy instrument to learn, at least that's what I thought, compared to the other instruments I tried. As long as you can read notes on a staff and know where the positions of those notes are on the piano, all that's left is practice.
I'm going to start it as a second instrument and I have a little knowledge on it (meaning I can play Mary had a Little Lamb by heart and a couple songs in books :p)
I did! I played it from 2nd grade to the 7th, I haven't gotten time to practice much but i still know how to play it :)
Haha maybe for the first while, but after you play for a while, where each note is just becomes second nature :).
LOL I know right? My parents forced me to play it for so long, until I begged them to let me quit.
Well I played an upright piano for god knows how long but never had an electric keyboard.
Of course you play piano you're asian.. XD haha surprised it isnt violin
i played clarinet for 4 years, didnt pass my first grade haha
I'll probably be playing with the notes marked on my keys :p
