What's the best times in the day to eat?

What’s the best times in the day to eat? And does eating less and fewer times a day make you gain? I know that makes no sense, but I heard that if you don’t eat that much then you body takes in the little you do eat and stores it. Causing you to get fatter. Is this true? And if so, how can you eat less but not gain weight?

Thanxx. Sorry if my questions confuse you. :)

Agree witbh intense.

Also: eating several small meals during the day is generally considered to be healthier - for one thing, it doesn’t overload your system too much at any one time. Many nutritionists also say it’s a better way to lose weight.

You asked about eating times - breakfast (yes yes everyone tells you not to skip breakfast, I hate it myself) with some fruit and yoghurt is a good idea, then light meals at regular intervals throughout the day. Try to avoid eating too much near bedtime, especially if you’re trying to lose weight.

Answer #2

If you under-eat too much your body goes into starvation mode and clings to whatever fat it has, because it doesn’t know when regular proper meals will start up again. It’s its way of protecting itself against fading away basically. So yes, it can make you gain weight but mostly it makes it hard to loose weight and keep it off.. Food is fuel - you need to to be healthy and function properly. With the right foods you loose weight - food is not the enemy.
