To exercise daily, have a healthy body inside and out, to have the perfect body that you desire. Or, To eat ANYTHING you want, not exercise, but your still kind of happy with yourself, but feel low confidence.
Probably the second one because that's kind of how my life is right now and I'm happy with it. I hardly ever exercise. I hate exercising... it's such a bad habit not to but I know a ton of people who don't have perfect bodies that are the happiest people ever.
Niether :) I'm perfectly happy with eating relatively healthy, and only working out 3x a week. I don't need a "perfect body" to be happy - I've got lots of confidence where I am now(:
Niether. Rather, to exercise daily, have as healthy a body inside and out as I am able with reasonably diligent effort, and be grateful and happy for the body that G!d gave me.
I'd mix up the two. Who wants to never eat a chocolate bar again? And who wants to not ever be skinny? You just have to work with the two. Hahaha
