Which Dr. Martens should I get (Image links)?

I’m looking at buying a pair of white docs but which one is better? Should i get the Patent ones or the Smooth ones? Or which one is more popular/looks nicer?

I’d probably get the smooth ones. myself, I don’t mind if smooth type Docs get battered and worn up a bit. The smooth, I’d feel I have to take more care of.

i like the patent ones the best but i think you should go with whatever you like best it doesnt matter what anyone on funadvice thinks

You should go with what you want/like. Nobody else’s opinion should matter when you are deciding.

I personally like the patent ones best, but as the above have mentioned, you should choose the ones you like the best and that you think you’ll be more likely to wear. You’ll be the one wearing them after all. (:
