Does how you dress affect how you should be treated?

Does wearing shorts or a low-cut top mean that woman “deserves” to be oggled and leered at?

I was looking at this artical on the internet and it basically said if a women is getting harassed by a man then it’s her fault. Some even go to the extreme and think that women who dress suggestively deserved to get raped. I was appalled. I thought it was quite ridiculous. But then one of my boy mates said they could understand where the author was coming from and stuff.

Who’s right here? What do you think?

The way I see it is, some girls do go as far as dressing in a ‘certain’ way to get a distinct type of attention, but that shouldn’t apply to all women. I know too many girls who are in too much of a hurry to grow up, and so they dress in clothes that really only half fit, as I girl myself, I think it’s really awful, but I must admit some of them really ARE asking for it. (Maybe not to the extremes you went to describe though)

On the other hand, there are girls/women who dress more according to their personality, and their environment, they aren’t dressing for men, or for attention.

I guess it boils down to how you want people to react when they see you. I often think about that while I get dressed, first thought, do I like this? Second, am I comfortable? Third, will anyone that this in the wrong way?

Dignity comes from your heart, not your vagina. Cloths does not define a person. Its the attitude and character. Regardless of everything, theres no excuse for raping a woman.

Only losers who dont often get laid make up all kinds of stories to degrade women.

Have a look at my pictures. I am a beautiful, dignified, confident woman and I wear whatever I want to. I am proud to be a woman and I dont give a rats a** about what the losers out there think. You can only see my assets…but never touch them!
