Diets and Eating

I am always eating a ton of fruit and vegetables and I’m just wondering..if I eat like a ton of fruits such as cantalope or blueberries or strawberries, or veggies like carrots or celery, will I gain weight? Can eating too much of the healthy stuff be bad for you and make you fat??? please help me out here!!

Answer #1

‘Too much of a good thing is a bad thing’

You can eat fruit and vegetables everyday (which is way better than junkfood/fastfood) but you should still eat it in moderation. There’s other nutrients and minerals you need to have to stay healthy such like complex carbs and protein, healthy fats, etc. There are other healthy foods other than fruits and vegetables

Answer #2

No, it wont. You would have to eat a hell of a lot of vegetables to start getting fat from them. In fact, you should probably try eating more meats and breads for a healthier calorie ballance.

Thanks! But sometimes I can’t stop myself from eating a lot of fruit. Like I went blueberry picking and I think I ate about 300 berries! Is that bad? Is that a lot of calories?
