Did I do the right thing?

There’s this girl that is 2 years younger than me. (I’m 14 shes 12) She likes me a lot but sometimes she says some graphic things like if her and I were alone she would… well I’ll leave it off from there. I do not flirt back with this girl, when it starts up I quickly change the subject to something else. A few days back the girl started to flirt with me unlike never before and I told her “look, I’m not interested in this ok? I don’t think of you like that, you’re a friend, nothing more.” She got mad and stormed off, Few days later she called me saying that she was sorry and that she could not stand not talking to me. I can’t avoid her because she knows my home phone. After I said that she more or less stopped, So did I do the right thing?

Honestly I think you did the right thing. I mean its not your fault you don’t think of her that way she’s just a friend and she was taking it way to far plus why is a 12 year old talking like that?. I think you did a good thing by not lead her on.
