How do you deal with your emotions?

How do you deal with your emotions? When your sad, angry, confused, etc, what do you do to deal with it?

I personally take long walks, and punch stuff ;) not people and animals before anyone starts on me…

I deal with my emotions whether I’m sad, angry, or confused by talking to someone. I talk to close friends of mine that are in church with me. Other times, I listen to music, the radio, watch TV, or be on the computer. Also, I go straight to bed when I don’t feel right. I’m a person to vent my emotions so, its most likely I go straight to a church leader to whom I developed a spiritual relationship with. Him and his wife are sweet people. Or, for other emotions, I go straight to a close friend whoes like grandma to me. Dealing with my emotions can be hard at times. But, if I do the things listed above, then I’ll be fine.

I try to talk about it with someone, or if it’s something fleeting, I usually swear loudly.

I have a punching bag for when I’m mad or frustrated. I also, write, listen to music, or shop.
