how to deal with my future gf's ex?

ok so this girl i like we’ve been talking for a while and also its been a while that she broke up with her ex. problem is he is madly in love with her and im afraid hes not gonna back off. he walks with her after school, he added me once and erased me and then again tried to add me.. its just driving me crazy.. i want to get with this girl but i dont want to deal with the ex or get into any fight. my friend talks to her and he told me to care because he might jump me.. its like i know they have a past like ive had before with my exes.. but idk , what do i do?

Well this girl may still have feelings for her ex if she’s letting him hang around her like that. You should talk to her and ask her what’s up with that guy. If she really wants to be with you, she’s gonna have to cut off any type of relationship with her ex because he obviously can’t handle a friendship with her.

She’s liking the attention she’s getting from the both of you. She uses you to make him jealous and vice versa. It wouldn’t surprise me if she kept this up. Something tells me that she’ll string you guys along, as long as possible. So don’t be a fool. Make your point, give her time to make a decision, and walk away if she can’t make up her mind.

She may just be too nice and get shake him. But eventually she should get tired of him hounding her all the time. In order for her to have a serious relationship with anybody else she needs to set boundaries with this guy. She is gonna have to break his heart pretty much and for some girls that’s hard to do. Have ya’ll talked about dating? Does she know you like her and does she like you? If the answer is yes then its simple communication that comes next. You must tell her how you feel. Make a stand and stick by it.

yeah i told her it was her decision to do what makes her happy but that i wasnt going to put up with the ex drama.. thanks it really helps!
