Does dark brown demi-permanent hair dye strengthen hair and make it healthier?

My hair is really thin and breaks off really bad. It’s already pretty fried and I only straighten it like 3 times a week. It’s usually in a ponytail. I have heavy blonde highlights now but my roots are showing and I don’t want to get anymore blonde cause of bleach. I’ve heard brown makes hair stronger so I was thinking of doing that. It would be done professionally if that matters. I added a picture of the most unhealthy part. Its much more unhealthy than it looks though. Thanks!

No. Dyes and chemically dying your hair will not make it healthier, quite the opposite. If I were you, I’d look into using a henna dye. It’s a herb that’s been used by many to dye and change hair color. Henna had also been used as hair strengthening treatments and moisturizers. How long ago did you bleach your hair? If I’m jot mistaken, there is a certain time that you should not use henna after you chemically dye hair. I, myself have used henna many times to turn my hair a blue black and to get my hair healthier and better moisturized and I love it and it’s effect on my hair. I buy mine from Lush. Definitely check it out as one of your options.
