What are some dance theme ideas?

what would you dress like for an 80’s dance, or for that matter decorate your gym? I know everyone says it would be so wicked.. but I just can’t picture it. Help please!

People can pick which era to come from, whether it be from the 20’s or the 80’s…it would be fun to see a 60’s couple dancing next to an 80’s couple.

• Anachronistic dresses.

I once went to a party called the B&W party. (Black & White). You had to dress in monochrome.. and you could be formal or non-formal.. it was great :) Everyone looked fantastic! And im going to a party soon with the ‘Bling’ theme.. I don’t know how well that will go down but ..hey =]
