I'm not trying to diet--just trying the vegetarian life-style. I feel like it would be good for me; something to focus on, and really, a bit more healthy as well. (If you want to help keep note that I would like to transition into a vegetarian--not a vegan. I would be drinking soy milk, but I wouldn't hold back from eating things that contain milk, or cheese etc. The main motive would be avoiding meat products.))
So onto my actual questions-- I know the foods I would have to eat; but just not the quantities. How MUCH seeds or beans should I eat daily; how many fruitsa and vegetables etc.
My dad, my brother, my brothers girlfriend, and my grandma(sort of) are vegetarians and the really important thing to do is get a lot of protein. It is so important. Since you won't eat meat, eat things like nuts. ( not for every meal though!) it's a hard adjustment so maybe try a trial run. You know like try it for a month or so and see if you can handle it. Eat like you normally would but without meat. (obviously!) there are companies that make really good vegetarian meals. I think one is morning star or something like that and quorn. I think that's how you spell it! :P supermarkets are much more vegetarian and vegan friendly. By the way those company are in the freezer section of any supermarket like Walmart. I hope I helped!

I completely forgot about all the 'veggie meat' and such. Thanks guys :)
