Noo… IF you are/have recently been on the Pill.. it is 5 days (so my doctor told me) and after a period eggs do get left behind where it is just residue… Just needs to be washed away therefore is NEAR the cervix. If you are not sure go and see your doctor.. they are the MOST qualified to tell you which is right and which is wrong

Actually you are most fertile 14 days after the first day of your period, but say 12 to 15 days, as not everyone’s menstruation cycle is the same. Eggs are fertilised in the fallopian tubes and then they make their way to the womb and any fertilised egg will embed itself in the lining of the womb. Apart from being a mother of two i’m a qualified nursery nurse, so if you want to private mail me i’ll be happy to answer any more questions. No due dates are exact.. they gave me the 31st august, i had my son on the 12th september, daughter was due 27th jan, had her on 17th feb, remember these are just guide lines… Is there a particular reason that its bothering you???

Answer #3

You are most fertile up to 5 days before your period is due to around 5 days after finishing excluding the bleeding dates. as the eggs are stored very close to the cervix at the beginning and some may still need to be flushed away towards the end.

harley1375 is right. And qualified to answer your question with some certainty. I would listen to her. A women’s eggs are not stored close to the cervix. They are actually in the ovaries and one egg is released once a month. Well, most of the time it is one. Sometimes it could two and every once in a while, three. If an egg is not fertilized, it is discarded when the menstrual cycle begins. According to the dates you have listed for your last period, you APPROXIMATE date of conception would have been around the 13th February if you are saying you started on January 31st.

Answer #5

yes it could be right.
