Computer keeps resetting

Whenever I turn on the computer it will reset itself, repeatedly. Is this fixable or time for a new computer?

Answer #1

last time that happened 2 me my hard drive fried. so that could be the case. if I were you I would try to run a disc check or something. when the company screen shows up like dell or acer or you know what I meen. hit f12 f10 or f2. an alternative menu should show up on one of those buttons. I dont know if you have windows vista,xp,200,me,98,or any other system. but there basicly all the same when it comes to the boot menues. so try to find something there to scan your discs or to check your discs for consistency or if you can see if there is a link in the menu that says repair your computer. that would be the best option but if you hard drive went you will not be able to use that option because it has to be done physacly.

Fixable, but with the cost of it getting repaired, it’s probably worth just buying a new one haha.
