um I dont know, if you r smart then by all means go to dartmouth:D. Otherwise you can settle with some other less well-known colleges. For your first question, if you live in an English-speaking country, or if English is your country’s official language, then you only nid to take SAT, if not then I guess you have to take toefl as well. No, you need to take the toefls too unfortunately, I went to an international school and English was my first language as well as the offical language of the country and I still had to take it. There are some schools that will wave it if you get above a certain score on the SATs, but there are some schools that wont. Take both of them so you arent limited in your choices. Unfortunately without the SAT it is going to be hard to tell you what type of school you should be aiming at. The top 20 will generally only accept people with good SATs… Go to princetonreview.com and look up the rankings of the schools there…
