What else could help clogged ears?

I was sleeping on my right side and awaken immediately when I tossed and got up, a little freaked that I could barely hear. and I usually have no problem but it possibly was sticky? I used my ear drops and it helped only a little but not perfectly, just to help unclog some parts, but is there another solution to use? Peroxide doesn’t really help, but I went to the ea doctor this year, just to see if I should go back?

if its wax u can get warn water with a seringe (i forgot what its called) and put that warm water in ur ear and then dry it and put ur ear drops in.

Squeeze your nostrils together and act like your blowing up one of those difficult balloons, if you have a balloon that’s even better, and blow real hard. If you don’t have one just act like it, that should help

ok, could just warm-hot water help? like the steam foating then ear drops too?

i dont think so cuz the doctor told me to put warm water in my ear then dry it and put the drops in.

Hydrogen Peroxide! Just lay on your side and pour a capful into your ear. It will feel kind of weird, but completely harmless. It will bubble and lift anything to the top that shouldnt be there. Then just take a washcloth and tip your head the other way to remove the Peroxide. I do it every once in a while and it works great!
