I was wondering…is chili and rice good for you? Im thinking so…but I’ve been eating that a lot lately…whats good and whats bad about both? Just so I know…
chili would not be bad if the meat in it was LEAN. Beef is usually what they put in chili and that has a lot of fat if its regular ground beef.
