How do you celebrate Thanksgiving? is it something big in your family?

Answer #1

It’s not a big thing for my family. Thing is, my close family are the only family we have here in Canada, the rest of our family are in Hong Kong so we don’t have any family to celebrate it with. Thanksgiving isn’t celebrated by the Chinese culture, but my parents do ‘celebrate” it anyways since we moved here. My dad spends the day making an asian-turkey (it’s asian because it’s stuffed with rice lol), we have salad, fruits, garlic bread (yumm). Usually we invite my boyfriend over for the dinner. We say a grace and then eat.

Answer #2

cool..i’ve never heard of that way of making Turkey. Awesome
