I have to buy a new car before Wednesday. There are 2 that I'm interested in, one that has alright milage etc but I really like it. The other is a bit more expensive but it's only done 133000kms and it's had almost everything replaced professionally.. the only thing is that it's not really my style. I know that sounds like a really stupid excuse, but I just realllly don't like it! Haha. I guess I should go with the more practical one, but I was just wanting some other views from you guys first.
If this was me choosing, I'd probably go with the car that I like more. I know it's not practical to do that, but if I don't like my car, I'd probably not even want to drive it. So.. What's the point in buying something you'll hate and not want to use?
That being said, I'd make this decision knowing and being fully aware of what it's going to cost me. Thinking on part replacements car wise, you'd probably end up breaking even on what you'd have to spend extra to get the more 'practical' car. So.. why not get the one you like? You deserve it.
you should go with the more practical one. i personally like older cares (think 1960 ford thinderbirds!) but my dad boght me a more practical car (that i really didnt like at first)...its white, which wasnt my colour and didnt look like a car i'd want to drive ...but for now its fine, it ges me to were i wnat to do and is perfect untll i have the money to afford the car i actually want. the practical one is usually the best choice to go with

YEAH HI THAR! im blonde you see and i think a car is made like a dress... j/k ;)
car model mileage and cost.... then we talk business
I'd say to go with the car that you like best. Cars in addition to being transportation are an extension of our personality. You car becomes part of who you are. If you don't like your car than you will always be looking for an excuse to replace it.
hmmm cant you find one you like AND is practical.... well you could give us an idea of what you are looking for and maybe a maximum price or something in that direction :O or you could tell us what you have to choose....
How long are you going to be stuck with this car? If it's a short term thing, and you can't afford it, go for the practical one. If it's something you'll be stuck with for a while, go with the one you like...
go with BOTH! but think about the make or model of that car & if that certain car generally has lots of maintenance problems. the best make that youll get your moneys worth is Honda & Ford.
I'd say go for the more practical one, especially if its more economically efficient. However, if you like the other car then you should go with that..
Get more for your money, especially in this economy and the price of gas. So i'm assuming that would be the more practical car.
but if you must choose then choose one with a 1400 cc saves lot of gas and there are a few nice models around
go for what you want, as long as its not german.
More practical...
